This branch has always been there for me and my family for : cars, bikes , mortgages , credit cards, accounts, lines of credit, and that doesn’t touch all the help we got when we had our business!
Troubled that the bank I use all over the province seems to have the worst branch here in my hometown. Terrible service, hours and staff. Steer clear of this one.
Your automated system leaves a great deal to be desired. Your hold times are outrageous. The customer service falls short of acceptable. This saddens me after YEARS of being an ATB customer.
Time to go shopping for a better bank.
