There’s no such thing as a free lunch, but at TheHoly Grill there is definitely a fast lunch. Brothers Nick, Jon and Andrew Yee specialize not only in speedy lunch, but breakfast as well. And service comes with a sincere smile.
“Our concept is we’re religious about food,” says Nick. “Of course, we’re all huge Monty Python fans, too,” he says, referring to the English comedy troupe and stars of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Opening their first restaurant just west of the intersection of 10th Street and Eighth Avenue Southwest in 2003, Nick and Jon jointly ran The Holy Grill, while younger sibling Andrew joined the business a few years later. They have since launched a second downtown location.
“Our claim to fame is our value,” affirms Nick. “We serve good food fast. Not fast food.” The 40-seat Beltline restaurant's walls feature the work of local artists, and it's all for sale. The Holy Grill also features a hidden gem of an outdoor patio.
