Dr Newman and his team are amazing. When I 1st started going to them I was terrified to go to the dentist and my teeth were quite bad. I had to have adavan just to get me in the chair. Dr Newman took his Tim and made sure I was comfortable through my appointments. With many appointments under my belt I am no long terrified to be at the dentist. My teeth look amazing thanks to Dr Newman and his team.

I just had my 1st visit at Rundle Dental. I cant say enough good things about the staff and how I was greeted by Murielle and her assistant at the front entrance. My cleaning done by hygienist Jayne was the most comfortable Ive ever experienced. Dr. Chen was very thorough and informative upon his examination. My experience for the last several years has simply been excellent. The office staff is very professional, including coordination with insurance company. The office is clean welcoming and comfortable for the clients with a massage chair. The hygienists are very proactive in ensuring client comfort during the process, including setting up your TV channel to watch. You deserve Five Start+! I had a crown fall off one of my 70 year + molar tooth. I called in on a Friday afternoon and you were able to see me at 0800 hours the following morning( Saturday). It was determined that what remained my tooth was compromised and a cavity was very near the nerve. I was given an 1130 hours appointment to have the tooth removed. I'm had some very positive and some less then positive experiences here.My Dentist is wonderful with daughter.My daughter came for a 'happy visit' and did great with the dentist and hygienist.I've had extensive work done.Some positive, some painful. Staff so suportive, kind and caring.Had some difficulty with billing and understanding my coverage. The receptionship I first spoke to was not helpful at all and overall rude. I spoke to a different receptionist and she helped. Dentist is wonderful

Dr. Grewal and his team at Pro-Grace are the epitome of professionalism and caring treatment. There were no long waits, the front staff were pleasant and knew their jobs. The dental assistant was gentle and the surgeon for my extraction was excellent, always keeping me informed and checking on my well being. Having recently had a terrible experience at another practice, I was wary. I will be staying with Prograce from now on. Great service, no Drama.
